Terms of Use for Baramjk’s POS system: Baramjk reserves the right to amend the Agreement and its prices. By accepting the Agreement, you agree to abide by any amendments or modifications1.
Policies and Provisions Severable: If any provision of the Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, only the invalid portion will be severed, and the remaining terms will remain in effect.
Baramjk retains the right to insist on compliance with the Agreement. No failure to exercise rights under the Agreement
